6. A personalized Marketing Calendar will be created for you so you know day to day what we are doing. Some items can not be mentioned here as they are trade secrets and distinguishes us from other agents. Obviously, items such as Broker's Open House and Sunday Open House dates depending on availability will be scheduled on this calendar.
7. You will be kept informed on the outcome of showings, new listings, pending sales, and other events, which may affect the salability of your property.
8. After previewing your property, recommendations will be made to help sell your property quickly. Besides location and view (if any) the two most important items here are price and condition, so these two issues will be quite critical if we are to sell your property in a reasonable period of time.
